Q. How is my roof cleaned?
A. Cleanaroof uses a unique applicator to apply the cleansing agents, then the roof is rinsed off using tap water.

Q. Why doesn't the process block my gutters?
A. The highly trained Cleanaroof operatives place sieves in the top of the down pipes, these allow water to run through but hold all debris.

Q. What happens to my gutters and fascias?
A. The process includes the cleaning of all gutters, and the Cleanaroof operatives ensure that all fascias and bargeboards are cleaned of any debris.

Q. Is chlorine used in the process?
A. NO! Cleanaroof only uses biodegradable and MAFF / HSE approved chemicals that will do no harm to people, pets, or plants.

Q. How do you determine the level of Algae, Mould, Fungus, and Mildew contamination?
A. The Cleanaroof surveyor uses his training and experience to ascertain The nature and level of contamination.

Q. How long will it take to clean my roof?
A. The time frame is determined by various criteria; i.e. tile porosity, level / type of contamination, weather conditions, and obviously size of roof, but is usually completed within one day.
